The rooms were spacious and clean, though the futon seemed a bit dingy. The service was a mix of poor English proficiency and exceptional helpfulness. The dining experience may not have been ideal, but the proximity to lively attractions compensates for any shortcomings.
The hotel rooms looked just like the photos, spacious, and generally clean, except for the slightly dingy futon. It's a decent value for a quick stay if you just need a place to crash for a night. The service was a bit lacking in English skills, but some staff members were extremely helpful and friendly, while others weren't so pleasant. The location could use a bit of a touch-up but it's very close to the lively Grand Plaza, surrounded by hundreds of bars and restaurants. The dining experience was disappointing, feeling rushed and limited. Overall, the hotel needs some attention to detail in certain areas.
